However, as an Entrepreneurial, she is Business Savvy, Generational Thought–Provoking Leader and Philanthropist. Her specialty lies in New Start Ups, Business Development and Major Market Expansion. She is a trusted advisor to clients and food industry sales leader. Armetha is a proud member of the Plant Based Foods Association, Women’s Foodservice Forum, and Odyssey Media. In addition, her proven track record in Business Management, negotiation skills, secure growth exponentially, and market share suitability.

Chef Philippe brings 40 years of Pastry / Baking experience in food service , hospitality, upscale retail , teaching and research / development to our team. Growing up in France exposed him at a young age to the importance of simple, yet clean ingredients to drive quality in consumer’s finished products. Chef Philippe has worked in Minneapolis, MN and successfully managed culinary operations in hotels ( Sofitel / Hilton and towers ) as well as spent 18 years at Dianne’s Fine Desserts leading the culinary innovation with national accounts and various national food services distributors. His extensive worldwide travels and teaching experiences bring his unique universal culinary approach

Tanja brings 20+years of marketing experience within both global organizations and start-ups. A classically trained business leader with an emphasis on strategy, brand building, innovation and integrated marketing communications. A tenured record of building, revitalizing and growing brands while generating sustained revenue and profit growth in competitive markets. Tanja’s past experience includes the marketing of such iconic brands as Oreo Cookies, Trident Gum and Planters Peanuts. She also has extensive experience within the start-up space building successful brands from concept to consumer.

Chef Michael Formichella C.M.C. is President and co-owner of Chella Foods, Inc. Michael graduate of Culinary Institute of America and has been in the food industry his entire career. Previously he was the Sr. VP, and COO of the Smithfield Innovation Group a subsidiary of Smithfield Foods. He was been a blogger for the Meatingplace Magazine for over nine years sharing his insights to the industry. Michael believes food brings us all closer together.

James strives to help others be the best version of themselves through coaching, mentoring, reading as well as listening to audible books and podcasts. Jenny L. Verner, commercial Executive with experience primarily in the agricultural and food industries through her 37 year career with Cargill. She has operated as a business unit president, and brings with her a background in leadership across a variety of disciplines, including: commodity trading and risk management, supply chain, transportation & logistics, sales & commercial, and general operations. Presently, Jenny serves as a Director of Minnwest Corporation.

Jenny lives in Chaska, Minnesota and has three grown children.

Thomas Pihlstrom, CPA, Co-Founder & CFO of Pihlstrom Consulting Group with over 20 years finance experience. He has worked across a wide array of industries, using his exemplary mix of analytical and client relations abilities to bridge the gap between people and the numbers.
