However, as an Entrepreneurial, she is Business Savvy, Generational Thought–Provoking Leader and Philanthropist. Her specialty lies in New Start Ups, Business Development and Major Market Expansion. She is a trusted advisor to clients and food industry sales leader. Armetha is a proud member of the Plant Based Foods Association, Women’s Foodservice Forum, and Odyssey Media. In addition, her proven track record in Business Management, negotiation skills, secure growth exponentially, and market share suitability.

Chef Chennell is a seasoned culinary professional with over 15 years in the food service industry. A true foodie with a keen passion for  cooking . I believe food is the bridge that connects us all. When you have nothing in common , you can always count on food. It’s the most common thing ever ! Especially when it’s delicious. She is a Chef Instructor who has a demonstrated a history of working in the culinary/ food service industry. Skilled in producing future chefs within vocational school high school settings. Adjunct Professor at Washburn Culinary College. Food Service, teaching and molding the youth is my passion. Strong BOH operations with culinary trends as my focus . Culinary Arts concentration in baking and pastry from Illinois Institute of Art. She is a loving mother of two, Zoey and Zion.

Jenny L. Verner, commercial Executive with experience primarily in the agricultural and food industries through her 37 year career with Cargill. She has operated as a business unit president, and brings with her a background in leadership across a variety of disciplines, including: commodity trading and risk management, supply chain, transportation & logistics, sales & commercial, and general operations. Presently, Jenny serves as a Director of Minnwest Corporation.

Jenny lives in Chaska, Minnesota and has three grown children.

Thomas Pihlstrom, CPA, Co-Founder & CFO of Pihlstrom Consulting Group with over 20 years finance experience. He has worked across a wide array of industries, using his exemplary mix of analytical and client relations abilities to bridge the gap between people and the numbers.
